List of RCVS Specialists
RCVS Specialist status is not easily achieved. All RCVS Specialists must hold a postgraduate qualification at Diploma level or above, and demonstrate an active contribution to their specialty, have national and international acclaim and publish widely in their field.
An RCVS Specialist must also be available for referral by other veterinary colleagues and must reapply for recognition every 5 years (or earlier) to maintain their name on the List.
The full list of RCVS Specialists is set out below. Please click on the relevant veterinary field to view all veterinary surgeons with that professional accreditation.
Alternatively, please use our advanced search to find individual Specialists by name, location or reference number.
