A meeting of the RCVS Disciplinary Committee, as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:

Monday, 5 December 2011 at 10am and, if necessary, 7 and 8 December 2011 to hear an Inquiry into Mr Jaroslaw Slominski MRCVS.
Hearings are in public and, subject to limitations of space, any person may attend.
